Do you belive that Candle Magic works..?

There is a store tht i know of and it has magic and pyshic things and there are candles there too.They have a Love candle with herbs in it and it comes with like a little spell thingy so when you light the candle it comes true..(sonething like that)Do the candles rlly work?? I would like more information what the candle really does too..Thankss(:
