MEN please help a woman out! Easy ten points!?

I really, really like this new guy. He seems to really like me too but he is a charmer so I find him quite hard to read. I texted him Wednesday saying we should hang out "after tomorrow" (Thurs. was my last college final) and he agreed eagerly. Well I guess he thought that meant Friday cuz I didn't hear from him at all yesterday. Should I call him tonight to make plans since I really want to see him? Or text him? Or should I wait and see if he pursues it?
