What do I do about my internet service?

I have Qwest Broadband internet and honestly I think it is one of the worst internet services out there. I warn you now don't get it unless you want to get disconnected every 5 - 10 minuets. It's slow and when you ask for help from a person online they don't solve the problem. I know I can change internet providers but I want to know how they can get away with this. I mean seriously they told me its got something to do with the box so I bought another box and it didn't solve anything. Now I'm 15 years old so I'm not about to call them up and cuss at them. But I assume that's what I have to do. I'm so tired of getting disconnected I literally had to pre type this so I could post it in time. Isn't that pathetic? Bottom line, Qwest sucks and they didn't even spell quest correctly. Broadband? Nope just a scam to get them more money. I literally tried to post this 3 times and I haven't managed to do so without getting disconnected. This is so embarrassing that I'm paying money for this. I feel like getting a rock and writing a message to it saying " **** your internet service, **** your family and **** you. " and throwing it through the window. I am warning you DON'T GET THIS INTERNET PROVIDER ONLY TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN I'VE GONE THROUGH. Oh and I guess since this is yahoo answers and not yahoo rant I should ask a question. How do I make my internet faster and make it stop disconnecting even when I only have one window up? And if it comes to the point of me having to change internet providers then who is the best internet provider? I want something sort of inexpensive but I even more want it to actually work so I don't throw money down the drain every month. :l ~Thank you :) and your comments a greatly appreciated. haha. :D
