Failed driving test for not using parking hand brake on a flat surface?

this ***** examiner failed me for really bullshit calls. ya i just realized that its a law now to put the two brakes on now but i shouldnt have lost so much points for that. and another thing she pointed out was when i pulled out the parking lot, she called it unsafe and dangerous because the car BEHIND the car slowly turning right into the parking lot, was headed towards us??? that car was totally blocked out so I made a careful decision since it was clear for me. I called the supervisor but hes didnt help for crap. anybody have that kind bullcrap happen to u? Can I even complaint about this issue to get it fixed. The examiner was really bitchy from the start so i had that feeling was gonna fail.
