Now Sharon Shoesmith's won her appeal, does every Briton still claim have a qualified opinion of her?

The judgement regarding her dismissal in no way exonerates her of her responsibilities as Director of services. Correct procedure was not followed in the haste to remove her and this now means she has a case to claim loss of earnings and pension. It is my considered opinion that if she had any decency she would have resigned, accepting that "the buck stops at the top"!
