Do boys see me as too hard to get??(not for sex but to date)?

Okk so i am quite a shy person however i have been told by alot of people that i look really stuck up and quite bitchy...i dont look bitchy but i am starting to think that maybe i do act a bit stuck up...do you think boys get put off by stuck up girls i do get attention from boys i like but none of them hardly ever make conversation...are they scared that i will say mean things to them...btw im 15....im just curious....
