Is it safe to use my laptop again?

well i'd spelled some water on my screan well not a whole bunch but some did got inside well u can see it in the screan but i think it is starting to dry well i'd spilled it sunday at night and now is tuesday morning well i\people still used it even though id told them it wasn't safe but they still did well id see maybe i was wrong cuz it looks a littler dryer then last time but will it affect to whole laptop if i keep using it
