Can anyone give me tips for studying with concentration?

i am 20 year old, i could not make it to a medical college and am currently studying Bsc am in 3rd year , i have to prepare for MSc but i can't concentrate on studying although i eagerly want. please tell me a solution as i don't want to loose this time.
