Do women with disabilities suffer more emotionally than their male counterparts?

No, I don't. I think it is a very individual thing and not based on sex. I do think women do experience a double whammy in regards to some problems that relate to disability when exaggerated by sexism. If anything I think women are more able to deal with the emotional roller coaster that often accompanies disability. I think women generally carry a higher level of emotional intelligence than men.
