Female problems, ugh?

I am 23 yrs old. I started my cycle when I was 12 and have always been regulsr until recently. Dec of 2010 was the last time I had a regular period. Jan, Feb and March of this yr I didn't have one at all. April, May and June I disnt have one, but I have wiped and had blood come out, much like period blood. I know I need to go to the dr without a doubt. I am NOT pregnant (I am a lesbian). I am a virgin to heterosexual intercourse. I am not on birthcontrol. And since this irregular pattern I have became bitter, My stress levels have skyrocketted, mood swings like crazy and just bitchy. What can be wrong? No smart *** answers please.
