How to make friends with someone?

I'm female with alot of male friends, it's awsome because boys are less dramatic than girls mostly becasue girls tend to annalyse everything and guys are more like it is what it is. However sometimes all i want to do is hang out with the girls and do girly stuff, but all the girls i've met have been extreme bitchy! I met this one girl a few months ago who is exactly like me, and i get on with her great! She would be an awsome friend, but how do i become friends with her without being like stalker or creepy? because i've only spoken to her a couple of times! i kind of realise this sounds mass wierd but i really want someone to hang out with who isnt always talking about cars, surfing and chicks, I need a break from testosterone please!
