I like a guy... Playing hard to get?

I wanna play hard to get with a boy I like. He says he finds me annoying and immature at times but he flirts with my all the time... I wanna play hard to get but sort of bitchy? We had an argument you see... How do I seem hard to get, interested and not annoying at the same time? I have been a right ***** to him tho... Shall I make it seem as if im pissed off with him?
