This guy at school ive liked for a while and?

he has two friends that are girls one is one of his realy besties and she gets really jelous if you talk to her guys. So my so called friend told him that i like him and now its been realy awkward and i dnt know wht to do. I havnt actually go to know him because its so awkward with his friends around. and the other problem is whenever he talks to me now i sound so bitchy and snobby because i feel so uncomfortable? what he heck am i ment to do? should i just start talking to him or, bt im also worried tht he might not like me.
