Why do the Protestant Evangelical eagerly propagate the gospel as compared to the Liberal ?

Technically, "Liberal" is a political term and should have nothing to do with religion. However, yes, various religions use the term "liberal" in conjunction with beliefs and this should not be confused with the political usage of "liberal" or "conservative".
