Information regarding incomplete D U Degree?

i need to ask what can be done in my case as i did my B.A.(Hons.) in Political Science from regular college(ARSD) south campus in the year 1996. But i failed in one of my Subsidiary exam(English), rest of my all Main papers were clear in all the years.And i have marksheets of all but due to some family issues i coudnt give that paper, neither i could go back to my college for any further correspondence, Now i intend to get my degree.Kindly let me know what can be done and help me out, please.. eagerly waiting for reply. Please help me out in any information u can.
