Should i switch barns?

hi! so i have been riding at a barn for over a year, my first barn, and it was my life. i loved the horses, envied the riders, and wished i could go there everyday. now, i feel like im finally getting somewhere, im leasing one of my favorite horses, and im finally learning how to really ride, with my great instructor. well now, i came to realize the girls there are bitchy and talk about you and are all dramatic and ****, and the owner ( who i thought was a sweet old lady) buys and sells horses like its nothing, and fired my instructor by saying FINAL on her check. i feel like this barn was was just candy covered ****. what should i do? i can't have the owner teach my lessons and there are no other trainers. i want to follow my trainer and ride where she teaches, but she might not find a new job for a while. should i stay with the horse im leasing or follow her? please dont be mean. i just want your opinion. thank you guys.
